Our Team
Our therapists will create an evidence-based treatment program specifically for you that is proven to work.
Brendan earned both his Bachelor’s in Clinical Health Studies and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2013 and 2015. He then made the move from Vermont to Washington State to start his career. As a certified manual physical therapist (CMPT), he blends hands-on techniques with active rehab strategies to help people get back to doing what they love.
He treats a broad range of orthopedic conditions, from TMJ and neck pain to shoulder injuries and post-operative recovery. He also has a particular passion for working with mountain athletes—because he’s one himself.
Brendan’s treatment philosophy goes beyond just relieving pain. His approach includes helping patients establish meaningful and sustainable exercise habits that support long-term resilience and health. Having experienced injuries himself, he deeply understands the frustration of being sidelined, and the joy and need of returning to what you love. That personal perspective is what fuels his commitment to helping others stay active.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Brendan adventuring in the mountains or along the coast with his wife and their dog. He loves backcountry skiing in winter, surfing in summer, climbing in the fall, and biking year-round. When he’s not outside, he’s experimenting with which foods go best with pure Vermont maple syrup.
