Pelvic Health
Pelvic Health for Men, Women, and Pregnancy
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, ligaments, and fascial connections that help us control our bowel and bladder function, support our internal organs, provide core stability to our pelvis and back, aid sexual function, and also pump lymph and blood throughout the pelvic region. Pelvic floor dysfunctions occur when these muscles are overactive, under-active, or have impaired control and coordination. Physical therapy can help restore function.
