Directions to Clinic:

• Located in Barkley Village
• Near Umpqua Bank, People’s Bank, & Bellingham Public Library
• Take Woburn south (from Hannegan Rd & Sunset Dr). Turn left onto Rimland Dr & then right onto Newmarket St. We are on the west (right) side of the street right after the Library.
• Take Woburn north (from Alabama St & Iowa St). Turn right onto Barkley Blvd & then left onto Newmarket St. We are on the west (left) side of the street right before the Library.

Directions to Clinic:

• Located in Bender Plaza
• Next to Nuthouse Grill & Woods Coffee
• Take Badger Rd & take the south exit in the roundabout onto Bender Rd. Take the second left into the parking area. We are on the far east end of the parking lot by the Nuthouse Grill.

Directions to Clinic:

• Next to the Locker Room Gym, Walgreens, Woods Coffee, Wells Fargo, & Haggen
• Same building as Westside Pizza
• Take Main St (west from I-5 exit 262 or east over the Nooksack River bridge) & turn south by Walgreens or Woods Coffee. We are west of the Locker Room.

• Located in Cost Cutter parking lot
• Across the street from the Blaine Border Patrol Station
• Turn right on H Street from truck route (I-5 exit 275) & then turn into Cost Cutter parking lot. We are on the south side of the parking lot.

Directions to Clinic:

• Located between Woods Coffee and Discount Tire on Bakerview adjacent to V’s Barber Shop
• From the Guide Meridian, turn west onto West Bakerview Road by the Barnes and Noble. Capstone is located in Bakerview Square.

• Located in Fairhaven Plaza
• Next to PeaceHealth Fairhaven clinic, Subway, & Starbucks
• Take I-5 exit 250 onto Old Fairhaven Pkwy (Turn left from I-5 north & right from I-5 south). Turn right into the Fairhaven Plaza & we are in the northeast corner of the Plaza.
• Take Old Fairhaven Parkway east (from Fairhaven Park & 12^th St). Right before you get to the freeway, turn left into Fairhaven Plaza. We are in the northeast corner of the Plaza.

Directions to Clinic:

• Located on the outside of Birch Bay Square
• Near Betty Be Good & Van Heusen
• Take Birch Bay Lynden Rd (west from I-5 exit 270) & turn right at the first entrance into Birch Bay Square. We are on the outside of the square just as you turn into the entrance.

Directions to Clinic:

• Located in the Safeway parking lot
• Directly located next to Woods Coffee and Suds Pet Bathhouse and Spa. Across the parking lot from Banfield and Brooks Outlet.
• Coming from the South: From I-5 North, merge onto I-405 North (Exit 154 towards Bellevue). Take Exit 23 towards WA-522/Bothell/Woodinville). Keep left to stay on the WA-522 ramp towards Bothell. Merge onto Woodinville Dr/WA-522 W via the ramp on the left toward Seattle. Turn right onto Bothell Way/WA-527. Continue to follow WA-527. Turn left at 242nd St SE to enter the Safeway parking lot.
• Coming from the North: From I-5 South, merge onto I-405 South (Exit 182) towards Bellevue/Renton. Merge onto Bothell Everett Hwy/WA-527 S (via Exit 26) towards Bothell. Stay in right turn lane onto 242nd St SE to enter the Safeway parking lot.
