Free Injury Screen

Contact Capstone Physical Therapy to request a free injury screen with a Physical Therapist. An injury screen is a 15-30 minute appointment with a Physical Therapist to determine if physical therapy can help with your injury or if you should seek other medical help.  Contact one of our physical therapists for a free injury screen. All ages are welcome to make an appointment.

Capstone Physical Therapy offers Injury Screening as a service to the community and is free of charge.
